Central 44 Suites, Ermou Str., Athens

The project revolves around the arrangement of four 30 sqm studios available for short-term rentals on Ermou Street in the heart of Athens. The primary objective of the property owners was to optimize construction costs while incorporating essential amenities into each studio. These amenities include a compact kitchenette, a bathroom, storage space, a sitting area, and outdoor relaxation options on the balcony. Fixed counters and seating were meticulously designed, and vibrant  colors were chosen for the metallic elements and wall finishes.
